Dumb Question - How do I set up DICe 3.8 for this hyperelastic evaluation of poisson's ratio (2D) of an MP4 of a Rubber Dumbell?

I have been so lost in the weeds, when I feel this hyper-elastic (rubber) evaluation of poisson's ratio (lateral to tranverse 2D strain) should be straight forward. Please help with a guide of sorts.
