NOTICE

1. What this repository is
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

cubsync.github.io is the CubSync project site: a landing page (index.html), a copy
of the interface prototype (demo/), and the brand assets the page displays
(assets/). It is static. There is no build and no dependency.

The main project — the engine, the protocol, the backends and both applications —
lives at https://github.com/cubsync/CubSync and is licensed under Apache-2.0 under
the same copyright holder.

2. Brand assets are not covered by the licence
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Section 6 of the Apache-2.0 license grants no rights to trade names, trademarks,
service marks or product names. Accordingly:

  * The Apache-2.0 license covers the source of this site.
  * It does NOT grant any right to use the CubSync name, the CubSync logo, the
    organisation mark, the application icons, or any other brand asset, in whole
    or in part, for any purpose — including in a derived work, a fork, or a
    product of your own.

The CubSync name and marks are brand assets of the project. All rights reserved.

If you want to use them — for a review, an article, a package, or a distribution
— ask first: https://github.com/cubsync/CubSync/issues

3. Third-party components
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

None. Every file in this repository is either

  * original work created for CubSync (the landing page, the prototype, the
    icons and the marks), or
  * copied verbatim from the main repository, which is licensed under the same
    terms as this one.

The site makes no network request to any third party at runtime: no web fonts,
no CDN scripts, no analytics, no trackers. There is nothing to attribute.

4. The interface prototype (demo/)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

demo/index.html is the design document for the two applications, kept runnable in
a browser as a copy of 素材/ui-prototype/cubsync-ui-demo.html from the project
workspace. It is a design artefact, not a build of the product: it simulates the
interface and performs no file transfer.

Its screen text is Chinese, deliberately. Localisation of the applications is not
started; the prototype is not a localisation target.

5. Prior art
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The project's credits and prior-art statement — HybridFileXfer, FolderSync Pro,
Material Files, FreeFileSync — is maintained in the main repository:

Nothing in this repository reproduces code, assets, text or visual design from any
of them.
