Migrate from using CPM - into a proper package manager

I am testing vcpkg, as I can create an overlay port - and create packages for the 3rd parties. I hope to make a conan port as well.
And even add a meson port.

Project is small enough, that we can have 2 different build systems. It will be a insentive to support more build system and package managers.
