Adding support for multiple workspaces

I manage 4 workspaces (4 distinct companies) and the cli doesn't work with that at all, I believe those additional commands would significantly improve the developer experience:

clerk workspaces list
clerk workspaces use <workspace_id>
clerk apps list --workspace <workspace_id>
clerk link --workspace <workspace_id> --app <app_id>

Or am I missing something I couldn't find?

ack'ing this request @KVCTexas. we'll talk about this as a team and formulate something but i'll share that you're basically right in your assumption(s) so far. at the moment when you authorize the CLI, the access token that gets granted only has access to a specific workspace. we don't yet have the ability for a single token to span multiple workspaces or for you to juggle multiple tokens via the CLI.

Hey @KVCTexas! As @kylemac mentioned, I think we're on-board with this change. We're planning to prioritize this. I'll update this issue once we have a design doc or a branch worth looking at. For now, if you have strong opinions on the UX (e.g. whether --workspace flags should always be explicit vs inferring from the active context), drop them here!
