[BUG] Profile List mismatch across devices

Bug Description

Profiles on different devices are not updated. When one device creates a new profile the device that wants to sync must log out and log back in essentially rebuilding the wallet with the correct snap.

Steps to Reproduce

Devices: Device1, Device2

1. Login on Device1
2. Login on Device2
3. Create a new profile on Device1
4. Look at the list of profiles on Device2, refresh/relaunch etc -> the list will not update.

Expected Behavior

The profiles should auto update.

Actual Behavior

Profile list does not update unless logging out and back in.

Environment

• Metanet Mobile app - iOS 26, iPhone 17 pro max
• Metanet Client Desktop app - macOS, Sequoia 15.7.1

Tested on mobile + desktop, not desktop + desktop.

Completed in PR #320. The profile synchronization path, including syncUMPToken behavior across devices, has regression coverage and passes the wallet-toolbox suite.
