Summary
We need to support extended functionality which comes with the long awaited Chronicle release of SV Node.
Motivation
App developers should be able to make full use of BSV's scripting language once again, without restriction.
Description
Most of this work will be in the Script Interpreter / verify methods. In brief, CHRONICLE rules will be used by default. If a signature is found which has the sighash CHRONICLE flag set to 0 anywhere in the transaction, then the genesis rules will apply, which attempts to control malleability.
The CHRONICLE flag will also control the transaction digest algorithm (TDA), setting it will mean the Original TDA is used, while unsetting it will mean the New TDA will be used.
