change exe name from bitzeny-qt to bitzenyplus-qt

We changed the client name. So I suggest changing the exe name as well.

I think it will be helpful to change the name because there is a possibility that HF will happen in the future.

Basically, I don't think it needs to be changed. This is because for most people who continue to use BitZeny, there is no such thing as distinguishing between two binaries.
Most people will believe that you can use the same settings (even the name of the binary itself).
