Hi, I’m using ArC TWO / arc2control for memristor forming.
Does ArC TWO support user-defined SMU-like current compliance during voltage pulse/ramp operations?
By compliance I mean: force a voltage pulse/ramp, set Icomp such as 10 uA or 100 uA, and have the hardware/firmware limit or stop the pulse in real time when current exceeds Icomp.
I found
config_current_source(),CREF/CSET, and the documented 10 mA current limit, but I’m not sure if these are true voltage-mode compliance or only current-source / fixed protection features. If true compliance is supported, which
libarc2/pyarc2API or protocol command should I use?All reactions
