Subject: [PATCH] raise animalsniffer Android API minimum to 34

API 34 (Android 14) is the first level whose core libraries cover the
Java 17 API (java.lang.Record, String.stripIndent, Stream.toList), matching
the Java 17 baseline. Also update the gummy-bears signature to 0.16.0.
