Add `auto` mode

This would be a "full fat" version, meaning you can take an arbitrary tab, run auto on it, and get something usable out.
it would:

• try to fixup, until the tab is fixed enough
• run muxml with -mnt, and after Muxml: emit finger layout #8, with finger layout enabled

The intent is not to be fast here, but to provide the best user experience.
