how do you query the contact id?

HI noticed you reference the contact Id in your updates and various methods, but how do you get the contact id to do this programmatically?

Hi @adamcooley ,

There can be many ways to get contact ID. For example

1. Get contact by email -> Get contact ID from contact -> Update Contact (Two API call)
2. Get contacts based on filter (By tags, by created time, filter by custom field ) -> Select each contact Id and update (Two API call)

Note : - First example is recommended, but it need each contact should have email ID while creating contact.

Second example is for list of contacts or single contact based on filter. Both need two API call for updating contact.
