1.4.0 Release Issues

Hey just thought I should let everyone know why the pushing of the 1.4.0 release has been going very slowly.

First of all, I was pretty busy for a little while and had no time to look at it.

Secondarily, the AUR is not letting me publish packages. It is very frustrating because it is telling me permission denied when I did not change anything. I have tried updating ssh keys, using whole new ssh keys, etc. but still cannot get it to work. So I will continue to look into getting that working again and then publish 1.4.0 whenever I can.

In the meantime, all other places of publication should now be updated for the 1.4.0 release. Sorry it took a while.

If you have any suggestions or whatnot about the AUR thing, please let me know as it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Update, I got the ssh keys thing working, so v1.4.0 is now published on the AUR. Thanks for your patience!
