A child **denies** a `require_confirmation` call rather than suspending it, and not because suspension is missing in general: `subagentApproval()` returns `false` by construction, because a parent that declines to act must not ask a child to act in its place. Whether a child should be able to *ask* for its own resumption is a real open question, and the row now says so without implying the parent-side primitive is absent. Docs-only; the table re-padded by prettier.
