PageKite received some updates earlier this year.
I'm working on providing an updated version of pagekite.py in the gateway but it would be good to update it on the registration server too.
This may just require re-building the Docker image since I think the Dockerfile just pulls the latest version, though might be a good idea to do it at the same time as #107.
