current proxyRequesTime is hard code. expect by config.json to control it.

Thanks for reporting this. A fix is ready in #2.

The proxy request timeout can now be configured in ~/.cc-router/config.json with proxyRequestTimeoutMs in milliseconds, for example:

}

If the value is missing or invalid, cc-router keeps the existing 5-minute default. I also added compatibility for the proxyRequesTime spelling from this issue, but proxyRequestTimeoutMs is the preferred key going forward.
