Datacheck as a GitHub Action

Is there benefit to being able to run datacheck on a GitHub pull request to the https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData or https://github.com/TravelMapping/RailwayData repositories? This would likely be as an on-demand process, not automatic like the coordinate consistency checker is right now.
