should the scratchtools functionalities be removed?

There exist a couple of small functions in the other.other_apis.py file which make requests to scratchtools to fetch user status information.

There is also, however this note, at the bottom of the scratchattach website. This suggests that there should not be apis for scratchtools.

Although it could be argued that no data is being sent (other than, I guess, your ip?), and that these are fetch-only functions, it should be considered if they should be removed.

Also, some of the scratchtools functions are quite useless, namely the tutorial-related ones and the beta user checker, and perhaps the pinned comment getter. The scratchtools statuses could be mildly useful for collecting data about user profiles, e.g. for displaying it using a discord bot

but otherwise, most of this functionality is not very helpful, and it might be better left to the programmer to implement these themselves, as these are really simple web requests

Likewise, this is a very simple web request. If the scratchtools functions are to be removed, this is to be removed too.
