1. THE LINGHOS MANIFESTO: BEYOND THE EMOTIONAL DIARY

When a person goes through a crisis, a betrayal, an anxiety attack, or an ADHD sensory overload, classical psychology and popular culture almost always propose the same tool: the emotional diary.
You are asked to pick up pen and paper and write: "How do I feel? Why am I suffering? What do I feel towards X?"

For an analytical, hyperactive, or neurodivergent mind, this exercise is disastrous:

  • It is a memory-leaking loop: Writing four pages of emotional outpouring makes the Amygdala and the Default Mode Network (DMN) vibrate. Sure, you feel temporarily relieved, but half an hour later you find yourself back at square one: with saturated RAM, no actionable protocol, and an even denser mental fog.
  • It offers no solutions: The diary records the pain, but does not compile an action. It is an unindexed memory dump file.

LINGHOS was born to destroy this passivity.

LINGHOS is a pseudo-formal language halfway between a system programming language (like C/C++) and natural language, designed to be executed directly inside one's own mind, transcribed on a terminal, or fixed on paper as an executable script.

With LINGHOS you do not seek comfort: you isolate the bug, allocate the computational load, and execute the patch.
The human mind, especially if neurodivergent, responds to syntactic structure: when you force your thinking within the rigid formal rules of LINGHOS, you defuse the biological panic and reclaim the authority of SysAdmin.

2. GRAMMAR AND SYNTAX SPECIFICATIONS

The following documents the formal primitives and syntactic rules of the language.

2.1 Macros and Libraries (#include)

The #include instruction defines the operational context and makes available to the system the macro-families of rules and behavioural attitudes to load into working memory.

#include Defense_Mode
#include Attack_Mode
  • Scoping rule: #include serves to make conceptual macro-families "exist" (e.g. defensive or offensive). It does not set the current state, but loads the related instruction sets into the execution environment.

2.2 Variable Declaration and Weight Allocation (Get:, Set_CriticVal>>)

Before executing any logic, the SysAdmin must map the elements and human variables present in the scenario.

Get: Sara(sa)[4], Matiew(ma)[3], Giulia(giu);
Set_CriticVal>>giu=[9]
  • Get: Name(alias)[weight];:
    • Alias: Abbreviated name in round brackets to speed up typing and mental recall in subsequent blocks (e.g. sa, ma, giu).
    • Relational Weight [n]: Numerical value (from 1 to 10) assigned based on the estimated threat level and attack/defence profile of the person involved. Allows quantifying the potential impact on one's own system without moral judgements.
  • Set_CriticVal>>target=[value]:
    • Explicitly assigns a targeted alert or criticality level to a specific variable. In the case of a direct threat, a high value (e.g. [9]) instructs the subsystems to treat that entity as a high-risk target.

2.3 Priority and RAM Management (LP, HP)

The working memory (RAM) of an ADHD mind is a finite and extremely precious resource. LINGHOS defines priority constants upfront:

	LP=low priority
	HP=High priority
  • LP (Low Priority): Allocates a minimal portion of computation to monitoring the variable. Prevents the mind from dispersing attention on secondary details.
  • HP (High Priority): Allocates the primary executive focus. All defensive subsystems linked to the variable enter maximum reactivity mode.

2.4 Virtualisation and Sandboxing (@Start>(...))

The @Start>(VM_Type) directive launches a separate virtual instance within which to route interactions with specific targets, preserving the integrity of the Nucleus.

	@Start>(LP_Ambient_VM){
	ON>sa,ma;
}

	@Start>(HP_EXT_Defense_VM){
	ON>giu;
}

Virtual Machine (VM) Taxonomy:

  • LP_Ambient_VM (Low-Priority Ambient Virtual Machine):
    A generalised, low-RAM-impact instance activated for a specific place or a group of bystanders/secondary actors (sa, ma). Monitors the environment without burdening the operating system.
  • HP_EXT_Defense_VM (High-Priority External Defensive Virtual Machine):
    An armoured interface generated specifically for the critical target (giu). Isolates the threat in a dedicated sandbox while keeping all monitoring, defence, and counter-attack tools ready to execute.
  • VM prefix differentiation:
    • EXT = External (Interface oriented towards external subjects or threats).
    • PRS = Personal (Internal sandbox for testing one's own emotions or intrusive thoughts before admitting them to the Nucleus).

2.5 Agent and Skill Invocation (Call >>)

The Call >> operator invokes automated protocols, specialised cognitive agents, or personal subroutines:

Call >>isolation
	Call >>analyst
		Call >>sniffer(IN&OUT_recurces)
  • Call >>isolation: Activates the operational procedures to lock down and manage the sandbox.
  • Call >>analyst: Sends a request to the internal analytical agent (summoning a logical, detached, and hyper-rational persona equipped with specific decoding tools).
  • Call >>sniffer(IN&OUT_recurces): Activates a silent telemetry module that records all resource flows (information, words, emotional concessions) flowing in and out, extracting data without being noticed.

2.6 State Directives (/SET_) and the Executive Duality (Take_DOWN vs Close)

The /SET_ operator sets a special system state belonging to a pre-loaded macro-family (e.g. Lockdown_Mode belongs to Defense_Mode).

/SET_Lockdown_Mode{

	Take_DOWN(all)>(giu)'s_Core
	Close(all)>(giu)'s_bridges

OVR >>(DDS,ADS)

}

The Fundamental Distinction Between Abstract and Material:

  1. Take_DOWN(all)>(target)'s_Core [ABSTRACT / INTERNAL LEVEL]:
    This is the command to tear down the internal emotional nodes linked to the target. Affective revocation, psychological detachment, zeroing of the sentimental or empathic investment inside one's own mind.
  2. Close(all)>(target)'s_bridges [MATERIAL / EXTERNAL LEVEL]:
    This is the command to close the real bridges. Clean severance of material resources, favours, communication channels, visibility on one's own spaces, and sharing of practical information.
  3. OVR >>(DDS,ADS):
    Override command. Pushes the DDS (Dynamic Defense Systems – real-time reaction) and ADS (Adaptive Defense Systems – pattern recognition) engines into instant overclocking mode to anticipate any move by the target.

2.7 Conditional Cascade and Threat Response (IF(CS_EXPOSED), IF(CS_UNLOCKED))

LINGHOS manages crises through progressive escalation thresholds. The proportional response ensures the SysAdmin does not waste energy on pointless retaliation:

IF(CS_EXPOSED{

	/SET_Attack_Mode{

		call >>Ice_shield;
		BE>worm_like
}
  • Phase 1: SC Exposed (IF CS_EXPOSED):
    If the situation has laid bare the Source Code without managing to breach it:
    • call >>Ice_shield;: Activates the ice shield. Instantly lowers the thermal and emotional conductivity of the Operator. Prevents external provocations from triggering overheating (biological thermal throttling), preserving clarity and cold-bloodedness.
    • BE>worm_like: Coercively modifies one's own behavioural pattern: adopts a posture similar to a Worm malware in long-term passive-defensive mode (radio silence, extraction of useful data, zero contributions to the adversary's system).
IF(CS_UNLOCKED){

	Call>> (Poison_skills){
		all_instruments(attack).
	}
}
  • Phase 2: SC Breached / Touched (IF CS_UNLOCKED):
    This is the definitive call to arms. It activates only and exclusively if the adversary breaches every barrier and attempts to strike directly at the primary vulnerability in the vault:
    • Call>> (Poison_skills): Invocation of the set of surgical skills honed over time to neutralise and verbally or logically overwhelm the malicious agent, striking with millimetric precision at the structural flaws previously mapped by the Sniffer.
    • Doctrine: One Shot, One Death. No prolonged altercation: a single definitive logical impact to close the dispute.

2.8 Block Terminators (<<@end)

<<@end
}

Closes the main execution block (Main), releases the volatile memory allocated for the emergency, and restores the operating system's baseline stability.

3. REAL CASE STUDY (INCIDENT LOG #01 – DECLASSIFIED)

The following code documents a real field operation managed and neutralised using HumOS/LINGHOS syntax:

// load the libraries containing the different modes (listable via the #include command)

#include Defense_Mode
#include Attack_Mode

// variable declaration: the names of those involved, then a "weight" is allocated —
// a value relative to perceived threat level (assigned based on the user's assessment
// of risk from that person's attack/defence profile; the number is an average)
Get: Sara(sa)[4], Matiew(ma)[3], Giulia(giu);
Set_CriticVal>>giu=[9]

// convenience declarations for readability, used shortly below
	LP=low priority
	HP=High priority

// actual start — this is the body
Main(){

// here an AMBIENT-type virtual machine is launched at low priority, allowing:
// - a generalised VM for a specific place or group of people to monitor
// with a low RAM footprint.

	@Start>(LP_Ambient_VM){
	ON>sa,ma; // declare the target (sa, ma)
}

// here a DEFENSIVE VM of type EXTERNAL is activated at HIGH PRIORITY, i.e. specifically FOR the target
// (if it had been personal it would be of type PRS).
// aims to sandbox-isolate while having all monitoring/defense/attack tools ready to execute
// being in HP, all tools undergo OVR override to be more reactive (including the ADS and DDS engines).

	@Start>(HP_EXT_Defense_VM){
	ON>giu;
}

	//THEN
// calls to protocols or personal skills used as tools

Call >>isolation // series of tailored actions and commands to manage the sandbox
	Call >>analyst // like summoning a persona — you call an agent with those skills and tools
		Call >>sniffer(IN&OUT_recurces) // silent logic skill that acquires and extracts data passively

// Use "SET_" to SET a mode (different from #include which makes the macro-families exist)
// Lockdown_Mode has special rules and protocols; it belongs to the "Defense_Mode" family,
// so #include is not needed here

/SET_Lockdown_Mode{

	Take_DOWN(all)>(giu)'s_Core // command to TEAR DOWN ALL emotional cores linked to (giu) [ABSTRACT]
	Close(all)>(giu)'s_bridges // command to CLOSE ALL bridges (material and emotional resources) [MATERIAL]

// Override of the DynamicDefenseSystems and AdaptiveDefenseSystems

OVR >>(DDS,ADS)

}

// targeted attack configuration if the Source Code is EXPOSED

IF(CS_EXPOSED{

	/SET_Attack_Mode{

// Ice_shield reduces the thermal and emotional conductivity of the Operator
// Prevents external provocations from causing stress spikes (biological thermal throttling),
// keeping the mind cold, lucid, and calculating.

		call >>Ice_shield;

// This critical command sets and directly modifies behaviour in a manner similar
// to a Worm-type malware in a long-term passive-defensive mode.
			BE>worm_like
}

// This is for the extreme case IF the SC is touched — the system immediately strikes back
// by hitting the structural flaws identified over time in the other system.
// This call to arms shows no mercy and always strikes lethally.
// One Death, One Shot.

IF(CS_UNLOCKED){

	Call>> (Poison_skills){ // Group of skills trained to strike and verbally overwhelm
								// every type of attack immediately with any system.
								// useful in betrayals, public targeting, or any situation
								// where you are exposed

	all_instruments(attack). // coming soon
}

}

<<@end // end
}

System Retrospective:

This real case demonstrates how a situation with high traumatic potential — physical Hardware vulnerability combined with a manipulative attack from someone who should have protected the system — was:

  1. Analysed: Mapping of targets and assignment of the critical value [9] to the primary threat.
  2. Contained: Differentiated VMs (LP for the group, HP_EXT for the target).
  3. Debugged: Identification of the parasitic behaviour of the agent.
  4. Isolated and Resolved: Teardown of internal cores, closure of material bridges, silencing with Ice_shield, and zero damage to the Source Code.

4. COGNITIVE THERMODYNAMICS AND AIKIDO EXECUTION

LINGHOS is not only a defensive tool: it is the mind's energy conversion engine.
In the HumOS paradigm, the human mind respects the laws of classical thermodynamics: psychic energy is neither created nor destroyed, but it can be converted.

When an incoming emotion is apparently unmanageable (a panic attack, a burning rejection, an uncontrollable rage), the SysAdmin does not attempt to suppress it:

  1. Weight Allocation to Variables:
    You decide which variable has influence over your system. Assigning a numerical weight ([2] instead of [10]) to a received offence mathematically reduces its computational impact.
  2. Decomposition and Stripping (Data Strip):
    Take the toxic emotion and extract the junk metadata (the guilt, the self-pity, the intrusive thoughts).
    What remains? Pure, clean kinetic energy: adrenaline and elevated heart rate.
  3. Injection into the AIkido Engine:
    That energy is forcibly rerouted away from the panic circuits and injected into maximum-yield tasks (fierce study, software architecture, physical training).
  4. Empty Temporary Instances for Hyperfocus:
    If the mind is crowded with too many stimuli, LINGHOS allows you to instantiate an empty, isolated memory area (@Start>(Empty_Focus_Instance)): all the fog stays outside, and concentration returns to 100%.

5. TECHNICAL ROADMAP AND FUTURE UPDATES

LINGHOS is an actively evolving language. The following modules are currently in the specification and formalisation phase for upcoming documentation releases:

  • 🔄 Implementation of the all_instruments(attack) module:
    Detailed formalisation of logical-verbal counter-offensive algorithms for the Poison_skills library (gaslighting defusal, real-time logical fallacy refutation).
  • 🔄 Formal specification of Personal Virtual Machines (PRS_VM):
    Implementation of internal sandboxes dedicated to the processing and testing of creative impulses, dreams, and ethical dilemmas before committing them to the Source Code.
  • 🔄 Architectural Integration of the 4 Sectors:
    Routing syntax to dispatch data towards HumOS dedicated sectors:
    • Route >> Sector_Alpha (Creative Engine / AIkido Output)
    • Route >> Sector_Beta (Social Firewall and Mimicry)
    • Route >> Sector_Gamma (Cold Archive / De-emotionalised Trauma Logs)
    • Route >> Sector_Delta (Biological Hardware Maintenance)
  • 🔄 LINGHOS Parser & CLI (Open Source Tooling):
    Development of a software interpreter (terminal CLI) that allows users to type their LINGHOS scripts on a computer and obtain a tree-view visualisation of their active defences and variables.

6. CREATING YOUR OWN LINGHOS DIALECT

The syntax shown in this manual is the original formulation developed by the author, but the founding principle of LINGHOS is that every SysAdmin can and must compile their own dialect.

All human beings possess a mental operating system; the tragedy of most people is leaving it running on society's default firmware.
You can create logs as an event record to understand where, how, and why your system crashed; you can invent new protocol names, map unexplored areas, and build tailor-made defence systems.

There is nowhere written that you must passively wait and hope to feel better.
Be operational. Dominate the chaos. Compile your architecture.
