Subject: [PATCH] feat: publish the Kaspersky{CTF} 2026 result

Add the North America division placement of 3 of 361 teams to /results/
and to the homepage competition records, newest first.

This is the first entry labeled "team result" rather than "member result
with a prior team", so it is credited to Kernel Kittens and carries no
prior-team attribution line.

Only the placement is published. Solve count and score are not included
because those numbers were not verified.

Update the site contract for a third record and lock the new entry:
placement, division, the team result label, and newest-first ordering.
