✅ Resolved in PR #1073 (branch feat/issues-916-919-920-922-advanced-search-atomic-batch-notifications-fallback)

Implemented:

• AtomicBatchExecutor (app/services/atomicBatchService.ts): snapshot/rollback, idempotency key guard, per-item timeout, failFast mode that aborts and rolls back on first failure
• useAtomicBatch React hook
• AtomicExecutionPanel UI component in BatchOperationsScreen: live status badge, per-item result counts, rollback reason, idempotency key display
• Rust integration tests: double-execution rejection, rollback-not-allowed for charges, partial-success non-atomic mode

Tests: 16 passing — app/services/__tests__/atomicBatchService.test.ts
