Subject: [PATCH] chore: bump mlx-swift-lm to 87232e7 (upstream 991266a sync)

Moves the mlx-swift-lm pin from b620ae8 to 87232e7, the merge of
SharpAI/mlx-swift-lm#88 (sync to ml-explore 991266a).
