Patient Data App:
1. Build, compile and run the project according to README.md.
2. [HIGHLIGHT] To modify configurations (e.g., read another file), change the field values in "src/main/java/uk.ac.ucl/model/Constants.java"
Features:
1. Implements formatted tables. Allows users to view and sort the patient data from an ordered patient list. Various orders apply. Various lists are also provided.
2. Allows users to export the patient list to a new JSON file.
3. Allows users to manage patient data records (add, edit, delete) and have confirmation of each management. 
4. [HIGHLIGHT] Field values can be mandatory or optional. Input validation applies. Implements an ID generator to generate a unique ID.
5. Allows users to search patients by inputting a keyword and select target field. All matched fields are displayed in the search results page. 
6. Implements statistics of the patient data.
7. Implements the ability to display charts based on different fields (e.g., city).
8. [HIGHLIGHT] Implements quick sort to handle a large amount of data.
9. [HIGHLIGHT] Implements ternary search to efficiently search the row index.
10 [HIGHLIGHT] Implements pages to separate many records onto multiple pages to maintain performance. Allows users to jump to a specific valid page.
