Investigate and improve on code completion in statechart editor boxes

Things to try to enable:

• Automatically pop up suggestions
• Automatically pop up suggestions when a period is used
• After a period, no suggestion pops up in the dialogue when doing a ^-Space, it needs at least one letter to get started

There may be differences in the Java/Groovy/ReLogo interfaces
