Unable to mint error for accounts in white-lists

## Expected Behavior
Accounts on the white-lists must be able to mint.

## Actual Behavior
Accounts on the white-lists are not allowed to mint.

## Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. registering white-lists with creating collection
  2. minting by account on the white-lists
