[IDEA] SSH Port forward plugin / destination connector

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have to setup instances of SSH for customers that want tunneled or reverse tunneled connections. It would be nice to do that within a mirth plugin instead of NT Services / systemd.
