Harvard Index includes collected family / subfamily. Include?

The "get_author_collector_notes" function in the helper function book returns the author and collector notes columns.

Below, there are some example data for author notes:

Institution code extraction is done. But cleaning is a bit tricky for the family/subfamily since the remarks are random sometimes...
