I can't get it to load because its a "windows code" using piece on a mac and that doesn't work together

This isn't the right repo for the installer. Nevertheless...

The installer ran on macOS using Mono. Our only issue right now is that the newer versions of macOS are breaking the installer. Zatherz is already rewriting the installer to work better across all platforms, though, so he's got your back.
