Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Update oss-parent to 5, metricshub/workflows to v7 and
 the site to Doxia 2

- pom.xml: parent org.metricshub:oss-parent 4 -> 5.
- .github/workflows: maven-build, maven-central-deploy and
  maven-central-release reusable workflows @v6 -> @v7. GitHub runners now
  ship Maven 3.10, and Central snapshot deploys need workflows v7, which
  declares the central.sonatype.com origin.
- Site moved to Doxia 2, as in jflat: maven-site-plugin 3.12.1 (from
  oss-parent) mixes Velocity 1.7 and 2.x and fails with Maven 3.10
  (AbstractMethodError on org.apache.velocity.tools.ToolContext).
  pom.xml declares maven-site-plugin 4.0.0-M16 with maven-skin-tools
  1.8.01; src/site/site.xml is converted to the SITE 2.0.0 format with
  sentry-maven-skin 8.0.00 (same content, bannerLeft as attributes plus
  image, &reg; as &#174;).

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Use metricshub/workflows v8

v8 keeps the Resolver local-repository files out of the Central bundle when releasing with Maven 3.10 (MetricsHub/workflows#39). The inputs are unchanged.
