feat(playback): play execution visualization

Make a played step explain itself on the canvas by extending the shipped playback token: the round token keeps travelling every path that carried a move, now with its amount as a +N badge, an arrival pulse inside the Pool, a conversion mark inside the Converter, and one rule for what each way of running draws, on the desktop and the phone. Presentation only: no engine, RNG, file, digest or simulation change.
