Thanks for the report. Confirmed: the current plex-api-spec.yaml has no operation for GET /music/:/transcode/universal/start.m3u8, so spec-based consumers (and generated SDKs) have no typed way to reach it.

This is a genuine spec gap rather than a bug. A PR adding the operation (path, query params, and response model for the m3u8 stream) would be welcome; if you'd like, I can draft one from the observed PMS behavior.

If it's easier, I can also file a tracking note on the spec issue once the endpoint's parameter set is pinned down.
