Our CMV paper "Probing of RNA structures in a positive sense RNA virus reveals selection pressures for structural elements" is at the proof stage and is coming out soon. Could someone working on the current branch of spats development include this script? There's no specific reference in the paper itself as to what the name of this script is, etc., so how it's included doesn't really matter so long as it's accessible.
