ChatPanel (360 lines) becomes a ~35-line composition over components/dashboard/chat/{ChatShell,MessageList,MessageBubble,Composer,ModelPicker,EmptyState}, useChatSession and a pure reducer (lib/domain/chat/chatSessionState.ts), with the only fetch isolated in lib/query/chatTransport.ts. Same default export and props; selectors/classes/aria preserved; UnlockPanel stays at the top. Seams: MessageBubble has an empty actions slot, EmptyState takes starters, transport is swappable. 1881 tests pass incl. reducer table tests. Not provably identical (reasoned, not run): pending now cleared via reducer actions instead of finally; composer stays an input. e2e not run.
