Adds an X to the 'Fix first' suggestions in the Analytics tab. Closing hides them for exactly the suggestions that were on screen (per project, this browser); when the list changes (new top issue, one fixed) the strip returns by itself, and a one-line 'Fix-first suggestions hidden - Show' link always remains so nothing is lost. Pure signature/dismiss rules tested (4 tests); full suite 1857 pass; Playwright spec added (close, Show, reload persistence, changed-list reappears) but NOT run (cannot run the dev server in this worktree). The X is a 36px labelled button with focus ring. Loading/error/no_audit/clear states have no X (nothing to close).
