.NET Framework 4.8 support

I still on VS 2015 and some other lib doesn't support for 5.0 yet so I'm stuck right now

The project supports .net standard 2.0, you should be able to use it in .net 4.8

I just tested it with VS 2019, created new WinForms project based on .NET 4.7.2 and was able to install the library without problems.

Maybe try to update your NuGET client? I heard VS 2015 included NuGET may not work by default
