How to execute arbitrary code in ssh server when receiving entering connections

Because of issue #39, we needed to add the execution of neofetch when receiving an ssh connection. How to do that?

I found that /etc/profile.d is a directory that contains scripts that are executed on the login. You can drop a script there and it will be executed on login and its stdout will be redirected to your terminal.
