Cromite ( https://github.com/uazo/cromite ) has a feature to set proxy - SOCKS/HTTP or PAC script - also "Block if PAC loading fails" option which is great for blocking a leak.
I need PAC script support; it let me control which site use which proxy or simply block (e.g. return "SOCKS 0.0.0.0:7" to block it)

If you can mimic Cromite's proxy settings page. Also while using proxy, I expect no direct leak.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Keep using Cromite which is abandoned.
