CMake version deprication.

When building this project on the latest CMake version the configuration no longer succeeds.

First there is a version deprecation warning, then it errors about an unknown CMake command.
I have attached the full log below.

set_target_properties(menu PROPERTIES
    DEBUG_POSTFIX "_d"
)

This allows the configuration to succeed in the replacement of the old one.
If you want me to open a pull request for this then I can.

Can you at least tell what you're trying to do?

If you're building the engine for SPARC (wow, nice) architecture, you should build it with Waf, from the engine repository.
