Remove unicode characters

Greek style letters are not widely supported in openEO and will cause frequent issues.

The use of these symbols should be avoided.

that is now a fundamental question...... I altered the MRGS tiling grid to avoid overlapping and issues at LatLon borders..... to be completely compatible with the existing MRGS grid I had to use greek letters in the GZD..... in this way we can still filter on the letter to know if we are on the northern or southern hemisphere awa get the UTM EPSG code number. If I use LETTERS then the user can faulty think he/she is using the original MRGS grid.....

then we'd propose to write out the greek character in full as we cannot guarantee full support for greek style letters.
