[Improvement] New flag "requiresConfig": true

Improvement Suggestion

before we install a PUP, if there is Configurations, should first, confirm the configurations to enable the button "Such Install" otherwise its really confusing and for some PUP's is mandatory to first have configurations set before installing a PUP.

My purpose is to have a flag on manifest.json:

"requiresConfig": true

if set true will disable the "Such Install" button and only enable wen configuration is "Save"
or even, if the flag is true the button "Such Install" is changed to "Such Configuration" that will open the configuration and wen "Save" the button will change to "Such Install" 🙂
