Activating SSH without any PUP takes >~15 minutes

Bug Description (IF-WHEN-THEN)

Wen activating SSH after fresh instalation after installing bundle and uninstalling CORE, if activating Remote SSH is taking ~20 minutes to activate its like there is something making it tasks stuck in background

Bug Severity

Medium - Noticeable issue, affects some functionality

Always - Happens every time

Steps to Reproduce

• Fressh install DogeBox OS rc.1 on T6
• Install PUP Bundle
• Uninstall CORE PUP
• Wait untill all tasks are complete
• Activate Remote SSH

Should take only a few seconds to activate SSH
