Summary
Revise the Analyst greeting and help text to emphasize that A2Dev will guide PRD creation (wizard) or enhance an existing PRD, rather than auto-generating generic content. Make options explicit and non-destructive.

Why

• Prevents confusion and poor defaults; sets the right expectations

Scope

• Update a2a/personas.py and route suggestions to include Wizard and Ingest options

Tasks

• Update Analyst greeting: choices = (1) assess fresh → PRD Wizard, (2) assess prepared , (3) assess codebase (brownfield)
• Add short explanation under each choice and link to docs
• Ensure active role persists and status line prints next-step suggestions
• Update docs/no-tool guidance accordingly

Acceptance Criteria

• Bare @analyst shows new choices with clear descriptions
• @analyst assess fresh routes to wizard; prepared offers ingest enhancement
