Can not load VST3 or AU plugin via Carla Plugin Host in Cardinal on macOS

Hi, new to Cardinal.

I'm not sure if this is an issue, so I'm posting it in the discussion board.

First, the runtime environment:
macOS: v26.3 (25D125)
Cardinal Standalone: v26.01
Carla: v2.5.10

When I load Headphone Lab.vst3 or Headphone Lab.component with Carla.app it works fine and displays the plugin's UI.

And when I use the Carla Plugin Host module in Cardinal Standalone, the UI tells me "Failed to load VST3 bundle executable".

Cardinal Standalone: v26.02 still have this problem.
