The current image of the Tornado plot shows the parameter names as coded in R on the y-axis. However, for publication it is nicer to have a description of the parameter.
Therefore, an option to rename the parameter for plotting would be a nice addition.
Something like this:
Consider your structure of the owsa_nbm has in the parameter column the following items
owsa_nmb
c_trtA
c_S
c_TrtB
library(dplyr)
you like to rename them
owsa_nmb <- owsa_nmb %>%
mutate(parameter = recode(parameter,
