In old version BuildCraft (minecraft 1.7.10), there is a dedicated folder for Blueprints, and the blueprint files are named in a way that corresponds to their in-game names.
In the current BCCE version, I cannot find a clear location or documented format for where the Blueprints created through the Electronic Library are stored.
It looks like .bcnbt files may be related to this system, but I am not sure whether they are intended to be the actual portable/shareable Blueprint format.
Could you clarify where Blueprints are stored and how they are intended to be shared between different worlds or Minecraft instances?
Thanks for your efforts a lot.
