The planned ColomboAI/C3R-Decision-Laya-421M-v0.1 model is based on Laya by Convai
Innovations and must preserve Laya's Apache-2.0 license and upstream notices.

The C3R integration preview is based on Laya by Convai Innovations. A future checkpoint may be
fine-tuned by ColomboAI for C3R compute-control decisions, but no derived weights are included or
claimed in this release. C3R is a broader runtime architecture and is not a fork or rebranding of
the Laya research contribution.

weights, or projection-head weights are redistributed in this repository.
