Natural Ventilation (Radiant Systems option) Unresponsive

Adjusting the "Surface Temperature" and "Avoid condensation with radiant systems" does not affect the results at all.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Load any weather file
2. Go to 'Natural Ventilation'
3. Set 'Outdoor dry-bulb air temperature range'
4. Click 'Apply filter'
5. Set ' Surface temperature'
6. Click 'Apply filter'
