v0.1 - Alpha Release Notes

Self-exploratory. This issue is going to have a-lot of comments ~100-1000.

(Note). when this is released update the code in the isopod repo as it will not be a good look if its not updated. It is the only public repo other than PyFEA itself which will have code. I can design around it 100% such that I cannot no unarchieve it.

Removed alot of the old stuff from prototype. Just have to fix up the prototype such that it works with everything and than yeah that basically done. Would like to get the ngspice stuff working before moving onto the implementation of v0.1 as than most of the most complex elements will have been solved.
