No license for BashSupport Pro message yet active license in place.

Starting getting a message at the top of the editor stating "No license for BashSupport Pro found (limited functionality)." Yet I do have a valid license for the BashSupport Pro plugin.

I've tried disabling/enabling, downloading and applying the activation key; with no luck in clearing that message...

I‘m sorry for the troubles…
The IDE‘s „paid“ label in the plugin manager is unfortunately misleading, it just says „paid plugin vs. free plugin“.

Reinstalling etc. won‘t help, just make sure it‘s enabled and then restart the IDE.

The license is managed at „Help > Register“ or „Help > Manage subscriptions“ or similar, depending on the IDE and major version.
Does BashSupport show up there with a license?

Common issues are using the wrong account (personal vs work), expired trials or similar. The license id (short) is not the „offline activation key“ (block of text). Offline activation is usually not needed, license handling is aimilar to JetBrains‘ prosucts.
