BUG：
在启动时如果打开了其他界面，如果连接更新服务端失败，失败弹窗不会显示出来，在pcl取消启动后才能看见弹窗。而且弹窗无法在底下任务栏看到，最好可以看到然后直接点击跳转到弹窗。
