extra byte index starts at 0

the extra byte index setting in the lunar magic displays tab starts at 0, corresponding to extra byte 1. this is inconsistent with how extra bytes are counted by everything else and is quite confusing

This behavior mirrors the way in which the ssc format expects it, in the LM's help manual:

the extension bytes start after the 3 original sprite bytes, so 3 is the minimum value

so extension (extra) byte 1 is at index 0 after the 3 original sprite bytes, which is why I would be inclined to leave as-is. I really don't think it is confusing, as there's no other value index 0 could be other than the 1st extra byte

what confused me was when i set it to 1 for extra byte 1 and then it started tracking extra byte 2 i got a little mixed up. i realized my mistake pretty quickly, but the numbering starting at 0 there where it starts at 1 everywhere else in the program feels a bit off to me. it's not terrible though
